• We are not an insurance company and do not currently underwrite or issue insurance policies.

• In consultation with qualified professionals (such as a veterinarian, licensed insurance agent, financial advisor, or attorney), and

You are solely responsible for your use of any information obtained from the Site.

WhiskerCover may include links to third-party pet insurance companies and other partners. If you click on those links and purchase a product or service, we may receive a commission or referral fee.

Important points:

• We do not control the content, terms, pricing, or availability of any third-party products or services.
• Any information you provide directly to a third party (such as an insurer) is governed by that third party's own terms and privacy policy, not ours.
• We do not guarantee that any particular pet insurance product or service is available, suitable, or the best option for your situation.
• Our inclusion of links or references to third-party services does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by WhiskerCover.

5. No Quotes, Purchases, or Binding Offers (Current Scope)

At this time, WhiskerCover:

• Does not allow you to purchase pet insurance directly through our Site, and
• Does not issue binding quotes or offers on behalf of any insurer.

Any coverage decisions, pricing, eligibility, or terms are determined solely by the third-party insurance company or partner.

Always review the insurer's official documents (policy wording, product brochures, terms and conditions) and confirm details directly with them before purchasing any policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, articles, graphics, logos, icons, images, and design (collectively, the "Content"), is owned by or licensed to WhiskerCover and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may:

• View, print, and download a reasonable number of copies of the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you do not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

You may not, without prior written permission from WhiskerCover:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WhiskerCover LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example, by posting a notification on the Site). Your continued use of the Site after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site.

15. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice, to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any part thereof), and/or
• Restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site,

for any reason or no reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any harmful or abusive activity.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WhiskerCover regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings relating to the Site.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
